Social Media Manager

We are building a brand identity from scratch and need a highly experienced and results-driven Social Media Manager who can think creatively, execute quickly, and work independently. You must have experience creating a high volume of original content—particularly video—from concept to post-production. In this role, you'll help generate a full year’s worth of compelling social media content in just one month.

We’re looking for someone who can take direction but thrives when working autonomously. You should be comfortable building content calendars, launching campaigns, and growing audiences across platforms—all while maintaining a cohesive brand voice and visual identity. This is a rare opportunity to lead the social voice of a new brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase awareness, growth, and engagement
• Create and manage original content (especially video) for multiple platforms—TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Film, edit, and publish short-form videos, stories, and reels
• Build a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels
• Monitor trends and performance, adjust content strategies based on data
• Work cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across teams
• Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments quickly
• Analyze metrics and produce actionable insights for improvement

Requirements:

• Portfolio of past social media work showing real results (growth, engagement, reach)
• Mastery of video creation—from scripting and shooting to editing and posting
• Strong creative instincts with an eye for trends and storytelling
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-output environments
• Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and video editing software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to use AI
