OnBrand Media — Social Media Account Manager (Full-Time)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a full-time Account Manager to join our team and manage a portfolio of client accounts. You’ll be the main point of contact for your assigned brands — making sure content flows smoothly, clients feel supported, and campaigns run on schedule.
You’ll work closely with our Creative, Operations, and Design teams to bring ideas to life — handling client communication, approvals, posting schedules, and updates from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day client communication (emails, DMs, occasional Zooms/calls)
• Coordinate and gather content approvals and edits
• Schedule posts and Stories via Pallyy (our scheduling platform)
• Upload approved graphics, videos, and captions
• Update clients weekly on progress, upcoming posts, and deliverables
• Oversee light engagement (responding to DMs, comments as needed)
• Flag any client concerns, missed approvals, or issues to Operations
• Work with the Creative team to keep campaigns on track
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to improve client experience
• Maintain organized client folders, timelines, and Basecamp projects
What We’re Looking For:
• 1 year experience in social media management, account management, or a related role (agency experience is a plus!)
• Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
• Proactive attitude — you’re someone who catches small details and follows up without being asked
• Ability to manage multiple client projects at once without feeling overwhelmed
• Comfortable with scheduling platforms (like Pallyy, Later, Planoly) and project management tools (Basecamp, Asana, Trello, etc.)
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Understands social media trends, Instagram and TikTok especially
• Excited to grow with a fast-moving, creative company
