What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager, Test Engineering position at Digital Dynamics, Inc.?
About The Role
At Digital Dynamics, Inc. (DDI), we are a 100% employee-owned company that designs and manufactures advanced real-time machine and process controllers used by leading OEMs in the semiconductor and display manufacturing industries. Founded in 1977 and headquartered in Scotts Valley, California, DDI is committed to innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. Our employee-owners take pride in delivering high-quality products while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
At Digital Dynamics Inc., we’re building complex, high-performance systems and bringing them from concept to volume production at speed. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Test Engineering who can own test end-to-end and operate as a hands-on leader in a fast-moving environment.
This role is critical to ensuring our products are testable, scalable, and production-ready. You’ll lead test strategy across NPI and manufacturing, while working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to drive alignment, solve problems, and deliver results.
This is not a pure management role—you’ll be expected to stay close to the technical details while leading the team and holding a high bar for execution, communication, and accountability.
What You’ll Own
