The Incoming QA Inspection (Temporary) plays a critical role in ensuring that all incoming materials and products meet quality standards while actively driving process improvements across the inspection and supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities
Inspection and Testing: Perform detailed inspections, testing, and sampling of incoming materials and products to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement: Actively identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions that improve quality control workflows, reduce waste, and enhance overall inspection efficiency.
Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Work with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and engineering, to address quality issues, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize data from inspections and testing to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the inspection and supply chain processes.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate, organized records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions, ensuring transparency and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all incoming materials meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, including ISO, ASTM, and relevant local or global standards.
Continuous Improvement Participation: Lead or support process improvement projects aimed at enhancing quality, reducing cycle time, and increasing the efficiency of incoming quality inspections.

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a technical field, a relevant technical certification, or a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance, inspection, or process improvement, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Proven experience in identifying process inefficiencies and leading improvements within quality assurance workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to improve processes.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards (ISO, ASTM, FDA) and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of the role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
