Digital Designed Solutions is a leading manufacturer of custom printed dry erase whiteboards and other whiteboard products. We build and assemble our products at our location in Broomall, PA. We are a small, but fast-growing business looking for motivated Sales Support Associate to join our team.
We are looking for candidates who have strong attendance, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for coordinating shipping, overseeing inventory levels and general support of our sales staff. You will be expected to perform your role with a high focus on quality, safety, attention to detail and productivity.
Summary: As a manufacturing production associate your time will be spent making the products we supply to our customers. You will work together with a team of highly motivated and skilled team members; to perform a variety of assembly activities, to build our dry erase whiteboards and whiteboard equipment. We have one opening for Manufacturing Production Associates starting at $18.00/hr. and up, depending upon experience.
Duties
- Coordinate and schedule shipping of all outbound freight and small packages with a variety of trucking companies via multiple web-sites. Determine optimal carrier based on price as well as reliability.
- Prepare Bill of Lading and other documents as needed for shipping.
- Track all shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
-When packages are either damaged or lost, work with trucking companies to submit damage claims for reimbursement.
- Pay attention to details throughout all stages of work to produce high quality work, with minimal waste and the need to re-work.
- Provide team with sufficient information and support to accomplish team goals.
- Work cooperatively with the production team and sales team to provide any assistance to any area and/or department required.
- Understand that all team members will need to pitch in, in other areas, as needed to help meet our overall goals.
- Oversee stock levels of inventory with attention to re-order points. Prepare and submit purchase orders to vendors as required to avoid disruption to production.
- Oversee the receipt of inventory and stock. Inspect for damages and quantities of delivered goods vs orders quantities.
- Support Sales teams as well as our bookkeeper by performing tasks within our ERP software as required.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements - You're a great fit for this position if this describes you;

-You have experience with major software packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word. Additionally experience with Odoo or Quickbooks accounting software packages.
- You can work independently and professionally with outside vendors and customers.
- Able to perform in a fast-paced, team environment, under pressure with time constraints while responding and adapting to change favorably and quickly.
- You have a strong attendance record and are punctual.
- High school deploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
