Digital Brew is an Emmy award-winning digital animation and video production studio in downtown Orlando FL. We specialize in animation, live action videos and of course, hiring talented creatives just like you who love making cool stuff.

We're looking for an in-house Vector Designer/Illustrator for Motion Graphics to join our team of creators on a full-time contract to hire basis.
Responsibilities:
- Vector illustrations and designs using Adobe Illustrator***
- Visually convey a story or message through illustrations and design.
- Join any project at varying phases of production and conceptualize a new design from scratch. You'll need to see a new project through to completion or take an existing project and complete it.
(***We’re looking for someone who can tell a story through their vector artwork, so if you only have logo and brochure and menu design experience, unfortunately this position will not be a match for you)
Qualified candidates will have:
- Minimum 3 yrs. experience using Adobe Illustrator to produce graphic designs and/or vector illustrations**.
- 1 yr. experience designing for motion graphics. We may consider less if your portfolio is great.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. Understanding of Photoshop or After Effects is a plus.
- Highly developed character design and creation skills.
- Excellent understanding and use of composition, typography and layout.
- Knowledge of basic filmmaking principles (rule of thirds, 180-degree rule, jump cuts, etc.)
- A strong eye for detail in design, layout and typography.
- Team orientation and collaboration - we work best with highly creative and organized people who have a desire to make every project their best.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Desire to be around people - we value human connection and getting out of the house!
