Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst – IAM to support enterprise Identity & Access Management initiatives. This role will focus on access governance, application onboarding, and IAM solution delivery, with exposure to SailPoint.
You will play a key role in modernizing access management systems and supporting migration from legacy platforms to new IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IAM workstreams (requirements, design, testing, deployment)
- Support application onboarding into IAM platforms
- Gather and translate business and regulatory requirements into technical IAM solutions
- Coordinate across application teams, SMEs, and stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Perform analysis and troubleshooting of access and identity issues
- Support access governance, provisioning, and identity lifecycle processes
- Create and maintain documentation (process flows, onboarding artifacts, SOPs)
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and audit teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–10 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or related role
- Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Solid understanding of:
- Identity lifecycle management
- Access provisioning & certifications
- Least privilege principles
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience coordinating or managing complex projects
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow)
- Experience with IAM onboarding:
- Entitlement mapping
- Role modeling
- Connector setup & testing
- Familiarity with Azure AD, Active Directory, LDAP
- SailPoint certifications or IAM training
Salary : $65 - $68
