Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for automation and modernization
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Perform data analysis, data mapping, and validation
- Work on ETL processes and data pipelines
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders
- Support data integration and system enhancements
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Required Skills
- 10 years of experience as a Systems Analyst / Data Analyst / Data Engineer
- Strong experience in SQL (must-have)
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes / data pipelines
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with data warehouses (Snowflake, Oracle, AWS S3, etc.)
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
