Automation Network Engineer (DDI) (W2 Only)

Location: Westlake, TX, Merrimack, NH or Durham, NC 

All positions are Hybrid

Introduction:

This position is for an Automation Network Engineer specializing in DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) at Fidelity. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, managing, and supporting Fidelity''s DDI infrastructure both on-premises and at Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). They will work closely with various teams to ensure 24x7 availability of Network Services.

Responsibilities:

• Design, manage, and support Fidelity DDI infrastructure, both on-premises and at CSPs.
• Become a subject matter expert (SME) in DDI technologies.
• Learn and support load balancing automation.
• Consult with Business Partners on standard methodologies and options related to DDI.
• Resolve complex issues related to DDI environments as part of an on-call rotation.
• Work closely with all Enterprise Infrastructure divisions to ensure 24x7 availability of Network Services.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP, including application knowledge.
• Network Engineering and Troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Linux and scripting.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot cloud networking issues.
• Experienced in change management best practices.
• Enterprise Security Policy knowledge and standard methodologies.
• Agile methodologies.
• Skilled verbally and with presenting to senior team members on strategic idea innovations.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Network Certifications.
• SNOW development experience.
