Pay & Incentives

• Day Shift: $21.00/hour ($20.00 base $1.00 allowance)
• Evening/Overnight: $24.00/hour ($20.00 base $1.00 allowance $3.00 differential)
• 3–12 Shift: $23.34/hour ($20.00 base $1.00 allowance $2.34 schedule allowance)
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Paid at 4, 8, and 12 months
• Up to $7,500 relocation assistance for eligible roles

Schedule

Monday – Friday

4:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.

Position Overview

As a Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for processing inbound shipments and ensuring all products meet DigiKey’s quality standards. You’ll verify part numbers, quantities, and product integrity to support accurate inventory and customer satisfaction. This is an essential onsite role requiring regular attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and inspect incoming freight for accuracy and damage
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipment details
• Accurately receive products into internal systems
• Assign and attach Inbound License Plate Numbers (iLPNs)
• Stage and move products to appropriate processing areas
• Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals
• Support other operational areas as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable team player committed to quality and accuracy

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and walking (8–10 hours on concrete)
• Repetitive motion involving hands and arms
• Regular lifting up to 10 lbs, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and rare lifting above 75 lbs with assistance
