We’re looking for an Employee Relations Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and drive advanced performance management initiatives. This role ensures consistent application of DigiKey policies, mitigates risk, and promotes a positive workplace culture. You’ll partner on investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and legal compliance while supporting organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an internal consultant on HR issues for assigned business units
- Lead investigations, conflict management, and performance improvement plans
- Interpret and implement policies; ensure compliance with employment law
- Manage complex leave cases, accommodations, and return-to-work programs
- Drive cross-functional projects and present training sessions as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8 years of Employee Relations or relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
- Experience with Workday and HR Acuity
Compensation
Base pay range: $70,000 – $95,000, based on experience and qualifications.
This is an onsite role located in Thief River Falls, MN.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
