Position Overview
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and a trusted resource for team members. In this role, you’ll influence organizational change, drive data-informed decisions, and partner with leaders to build high-performing teams. You’ll collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to recruit, retain, and develop talent while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
This is a hybrid position requiring at least two days per week onsite. Occasional domestic travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Align people strategy with business objectives as a strategic HR partner.
- Lead change management initiatives and communication plans.
- Provide consultation and coaching to leaders on performance, engagement, and employee relations.
- Partner on talent development programs and oversee performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage risk effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10–14 years of HR or related experience, including HRBP experience.
- Proven ability to provide strategic HR solutions to senior leaders.
- Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and ability to influence at all levels.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
Tools & Systems
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, and SharePoint.
Compensation
Base pay range: $90,000–$125,000, based on experience and qualifications.
