Duties & Responsibilities
Mission Coordinator must have ability to perform a wide range of analytical and administrative tasks. Must have the
skills to proficiently develop and maintain briefing charts, program spreadsheets, Security Assistance Enterprise (SAE)
program schedules, Integrated Master Schedules, organize and develop internal filing processes and programmatic
databases, and maintain and develop financial spreadsheets for FMS Programs and office applications. Candidate must
be a disciplined team player and a willing participant in organizational and programmatic activities. Critical thinking,
strategic application of solutions, and generating tangible products based on independent thinking are desired skill sets.
Duties will also include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of organizational policies and procedures; Support the
development and maintenance of document control systems; coordinate internal and external communications, conduct
research and prepare briefing materials and/or background documents; Draft executive-level correspondence with
clarity and professionalism; manage and maintain SAE executives’ schedules for stakeholder and executive level
engagements. Must be able to prepare, proofread, and format correspondence (IAW AR 25-50), reports, and
presentations. Assist in the preparation and tracking of hand receipts, budgets, invoices, and expenses; Support special
projects and perform other administrative duties as assigned. Applicants must perform other administrative duties as
assigned. Some travel will be required.
Minimum Experience
Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related experience
