Duties & Responsibilities
Candidate will serve as an Aviation FMS Logistics and Programmatic Analyst responsible for
assisting the International Program Manager in managing the execution of case lines for their
respective country. Responsibilities will require the use of a diverse span of disciplines related to
management and support of the assigned program’s sustainment functions utilizing systems to
include Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) for case development,
Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) for logistics management and repair & return,
General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) for financial tracking, ShareIt for executing
financial requirements, Task Management Tool (TMT) for initiating and answering taskers, and
Case Management Application (CMA) for routine case status reporting. The individual will routinely
utilize knowledge of Security Assistance regulations, policies, procedures and directives to support
and properly manage assigned programs. The success of these programs are dependent on a
Logistics Management Specialist who has the ability to perform as an effective liaison via written
and oral communication with appropriate organizations responsible for elements of the Non-
Standard Aviation to include; the ICO, INRAP, Systems Readiness Directorate, Aviation Field
Maintenance Directorate, USASAC, SATFA, SATMO, CECOM, TACOM, JMC, LOGSA, PM Air
Warrior, PM Aviation Mission Systems & Architecture and PD-TMDE, as well as
systems/component original equipment manufacturers.
Minimum Experience
FMS Senior level experience is required
