The Project Manager will lead day-to-day execution for enterprise-level implementations, ensuring that schedules, work plans, resources, risks, documentation, and deliverables are fully managed. This role serves as the operational lead for implementation activities and collaborates closely with the Account Executive, technical teams, business stakeholders, and PMO structures.
This position directs workstreams, manages delivery dependencies, and ensures traceability to program requirements.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Planning
- Create detailed project schedules, milestone plans, resource forecasts, and progress tracking.
- Manage daily/weekly execution against scope, timeline and quality.
- Facilitate vendor and stakeholder coordination across technical and business groups.
Governance, Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain risk logs, action logs, decision logs, and status reporting.
- Lead recurring stand-ups, workstream meetings, and executive updates.
- Ensure requirements are documented, validated, and tracked.
Operational Oversight
- Monitor deliverables and ensure quality gates are met.
- Manage escalation loops, route decisions to leadership, and track remediation.
Change Management Support
- Support implementation environments that require user readiness, process transition, and adoption.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience implementing systems of comparable size and scope.
- Strong leadership and communication skills across customer and vendor teams.
- Demonstrable experience in risk identification, risk mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
- Must be a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by project start date.
Preferred
- Previous experience managing public sector or regulated environments.
- Knowledge of implementation methodologies including Agile, SDLC, and structured PMO governance.
- Experience leading planning sessions, developing training rollout plans, and coordinating UAT cycles.
