What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Specialist position at DIGICENTRIC INCORPORATED?
Full-time employment with flexible hours (we’re willing to work around school and related projects). A combination of in-office helpdesk and support, troubleshooting, configuration, and installation. Exposure to a variety of environments and technologies:
- Server solutions from Cisco and Dell
- Storage solutions from Everpure Data and Dell/EMC
- Networking with Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto and Siklu
- Systems deployment utilizing Intune, Autopilot, PDQ
- Mobile device management, iOS, Android and Intune
- Remote support and monitoring using ConnectWise tools
- Management and ticketing using the Freshworks suite
- Security solutions including SIEM/SOC and EDR
- Application support for Microsoft desktop (M365) and server products

Experience: IT support minimum 2 years
