Position Overview
We’re hiring a Production Print Technician with 5 years of manufacturing experience to serve as a trainer/binder/press operator across our operation. This role is ideal for someone who’s mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of stepping in to run any machine as needed. This position is critical to maintaining production flow and ensuring only the highest-quality books leave our facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and troubleshoot a wide range of print and bindery machines, including the AccurioJet KM-1
- Serve as a floater across production areas, stepping into roles as needed to support the team
- Perform and oversee quality control checks to ensure final output meets DiggyPOD standards
- Train and mentor less experienced technicians
- Take ownership of production output and demonstrate pride in workmanship
- Conduct minor mechanical maintenance and collaborate with service teams as necessary
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical skills; able to troubleshoot and maintain equipment

- Strong attention to detail and excellent judgment on quality standards
- Willingness to float between machines and production lines as needed
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus, Not Required)
- 5–15 years of experience in digital or offset printing
- Experience operating AccurioJet KM-1 or similar high-end digital presses
- Experience as a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Operator
- Leadership experience in a print production environment
