Marketing Assistant

Location: Neosho, Missouri

Pay: $15.00–$17.50/hour (based on experience)

Diggity Solutions is a shared services company providing creative and operational support to a growing network of locally owned businesses. While we currently serve industries like retail, veterinary, property management, and animal care, we’re expanding to support other small businesses throughout the Neosho area and beyond.

We’re seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our in-house marketing department. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to design graphics and assist with day-to-day creative projects across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, create, and grow within a collaborative team.

• Create eye-catching graphics for social media, email, flyers, and in-store signage
• Follow existing brand guidelines and templates for multiple businesses
• Re-size and reformat content for print and digital platforms
• Collaborate directly with the Marketing Manager on creative and strategic projects
• Contribute to other creative or digital marketing projects as needed

• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a professional marketing setting
• Skilled in Canva (Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus)
• Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
• Have a good sense of layout, color, and visual balance
• Passionate about supporting local businesses and creating meaningful visuals
• Reliable, organized, and excited to learn new skills

• Experience creating content for small businesses or local organizations
• Knowledge of preparing files for print, signage, or large-format media
• Portfolio of class, freelance, or personal projects (or willingness to complete a short design test)

• Flexible hours for part time, M-F 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM for Full-time 
• Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) required upon hire
• In-person
