About This Role

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing automations team. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn marketing technology platforms. You'll work directly with our marketing team to build, maintain, and optimize automated workflows across multiple platforms while supporting website integration and cross-departmental projects.

*This is an in-office position only - we do not offer remote or hybrid work arrangements.

What You'll Do

Marketing Automation:

• Build and maintain automated workflows in a variety of marketing automation platforms.
• Create and test email sequences, SMS campaigns, and multi-channel automation workflows
• Configure API integrations between marketing platforms, CRMs, and third-party services
• Troubleshoot automation errors and optimize workflow performance
• Document processes and maintain automation libraries
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports
• Assist with A2P 10DLC registration and SMS compliance for clients

Website Integration & Support:

• Integrate marketing automation tools with WordPress websites (Elementor Pro)
• Embed forms, widgets, and tracking codes on client websites
• Implement conversion tracking and analytics setup
• Assist with website updates and landing page creation
• Test and troubleshoot website functionality across platforms

Cross-Departmental Support:

• Assist other departments with marketing technology questions and requests
• Support client onboarding processes for new marketing automation setups
• Collaborate with web development team on technical implementations
• Provide backup support for urgent client requests as needed
