Diggers Hotline, Wisconsin’s One Call Notification Center, is hiring full time (40 hours/week) and part time (less than 30 hours/week) SEASONAL Contact Center Representatives in our 24/7/365 New Berlin call center! Paying $17.75 after training program is successfully completed! We are hiring for First AND Second Shift.
Diggers Hotline is looking for talented individuals that will be responsible for answering inbound calls in a fast-paced environment. As a Contact Center Representative, you will respond to inquiries and perform ticket processing duties for utilities, contractors, or homeowners from throughout the State of Wisconsin to ensure safe excavation.
We offer paid training with our in classroom training which begins on April 22nd, with both an AM and PM training class. You must be available every weekday for the entire classroom training period. Requirements
ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
• Are you able to read & interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals – can you read a map and have the ability to identify north, south, east, & west? This is a vital part of the job.
• Do you have the ability to adhere to a work schedule and show up to work on time each and every shift?
• Can you listen effectively and problem-solve? Are you able to communicate clearly and effectively with confidence and tact?
• Do you have strong computer skills that include general keyboarding & program navigation?
• This is a safety sensitive position. A clean pre-employment drug screen result is required.
