LITIGATION ATTORNEY: This is a full-time hybrid Litigation Attorney role based in Warren, NJ, (Somerset County) with some flexibility for work from home and seeking 1-8 years' experience needed for 35 attorney law firm. DiFrancesco, Bateman, Kunzman, Davis, Lehrer & Flaum, P.C. is a well-established New Jersey law firm with a respected reputation built over more than 100 years as we recently celebrated our 100th anniversary in 2017! The Firm's strength is grounded in the diversity of its practice areas, strong client communication, robust technological resources, and a consistent focus on resolving complex legal issues efficiently.
The position would be in the following practices areas: Insurance defense, commercial litigation, civil litigation, municipal prosecution, municipal court. The Firm is looking for an attorney who is interested in all aspects of litigation including taking depositions, Court appearances and conducting trials.
