Position Details
- Position Type: Part-Time
- Hours: 12–16 hours per week
- Schedule: Flexible weekday hours between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Location: Fullerton, CA
- Work Setting: On-site at Skilled Nursing Facility

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive nutrition assessment and long-term care nutrition services
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team, including the DSS, DON, Administrator, and nursing staff
- Support residents through compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care
- Maintain clear communication and a positive, solution-oriented approach
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Dietitian / Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN)
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented clinician with a compassionate approach to resident care
