We're seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team at a 5-star skilled nursing facility in Fullerton. Enjoy the support of an experienced Dietary Supervisor, a collaborative team with long-tenured staff, and one of the most flexible part-time RD schedules you'll find.
Schedule
- Average of 12–14 hours per week (up to 16 hours as needed)
- Create a schedule that works for you
- Work any weekday that fits your availability
- Split your hours over multiple days or complete them in fewer days
- Need even more flexibility? Work additional hours one week and fewer the next, as long as your schedule averages 12–14 hours per week.
- Hours are completed during regular business hours (Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM)
- All work is performed on-site

What You'll Do
- Complete nutrition assessments and follow-up visits
- Develop and monitor nutrition care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the dietary department
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate as a valued member of the interdisciplinary care team
