Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Maintenance
- Input patient dietary data (allergies, preferences, restrictions, meal orders) accurately.
- Support timely updates in the meal management system alongside dietary and operations teams.
- Help review data for accuracy and report inconsistencies.
- PCC Integration Support
- Respond to routine PCC-related inquiries and escalate complex issues.
- Assist with monitoring system functionality and flagging integration problems.
- Help coordinate with IT during updates or changes.
- Training and SOP Support
- Assist in preparing training materials and guides for system users.
- Support trainers during PCC sessions by helping with logistics and basic user questions.
- Maintain and update documentation for PCC data entry protocols.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Help compile simple reports and summaries for internal use.
- Maintain logs of support requests and resolutions.
- Meal Planning & Coordination Assistance
- Verify dietary data accuracy to support proper meal planning.
- Assist in data entry for recipe selections aligned with dietary standards.
- Compliance and Confidentiality
- Handle sensitive data in accordance with HIPAA and internal security protocols.
- Follow established policies to maintain compliance in all data processes.
- Menu/Recipe Entry Support

- 1 year in a data entry, healthcare support, or dietary role.
- Familiarity with data accuracy standards and customer support tools.
