THE OPPORTUNITY
Diesel Pro Power is hiring an Integrator to help build a disciplined, systems-driven, AI-leveraged operating company capable of scaling with strong profitability, operational predictability, and low founder dependency.
This is not a corporate executive role. This is a hands-on execution leadership role inside a small, high-accountability, high-ownership company. You will work directly with the CEO to turn vision into execution through systems, accountability, operational cadence, and follow-through. The company must run on mechanisms — not memory.

WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will lead:
- Leadership scorecard reviews
- Accountability reviews
- Issue-solving cadence (IDS / root-cause discipline)
- KPI reviews
- Follow-up ownership tracking
- Operational priority alignment
You will ensure:
- Deadlines are met
- Issues are resolved
- Accountability is visible
- Workflows are documented
- Recurring problems are eliminated at the root cause
- Operational surprises become rare
- The CEO is no longer the follow-up system

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven operational leadership experience in a scaling business

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $140,000 base salary
