Qualifications & Essential Functions

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of classroom teaching experience in elementary or middle school.
• Proven experience in school administration and instructional leadership, including managing staff development and program oversight.
• Expertise in IEP/504 management.
• Familiarity with SEL.
• Experience mentoring teachers and collaborating with staff.
• Ability to manage scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Willingness to work beyond standard hours and adapt to dynamic school needs.
• Commitment to confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional growth.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in educational technology, scheduling software, and communication tools.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and crisis management abilities.
