What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Diedrich Espresso?
Diedrich Espresso Barista
As a fast growing, family owned, chain of busy espresso stands, Diedrich Espresso is always seeking to add skilled and outgoing baristas to our team! As a company, we believe in serving quality in every cup and rewarding hard work, so our hiring practices prioritize an outgoing personality and work ethic over years of industry experience. We only require 6 months of customer service experience, and look forward to training you on the ins and outs of coffee and our company!
Diedrich Espresso stands are busy, and staffed in a way to facilitate our baristas making very competitive incomes. Our scheduling ranges from part time to full time, with flexibility to accommodate a well rounded life outside of work! There is always opportunity to grow into management and leadership and have hard work be rewarded.
Baristas are hired to one home stand, where they will be primarily scheduled so they can cultivate relationships with customers, but will occasionally be asked to help cover at a nearby stand once fully trained and comfortable with company policy and product.
