POSITIONS
NOW HIRING:
1- Stamping Press Operators (Experienced)
2- Trainees (Apprentices)
We seek dependable and motivated Stamping Press Operators to join our team. While experience is preferred, we will train persons having a mechanical aptitude, transferrable job skills and a desire to enter our Apprenticeship Program to achieve a Journeyman's Card as a Press Operator.
1- RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EXPERIENCED OPERATOR $20/hr
- Set up and run progressive dies on coil-fed stamping presses
- Load coil material and adjust feeders, straighteners, and reels
- Operate automatic presses with Wintriss or similar control systems
- Troubleshoot production issues and make on-the-fly adjustments
- Perform quality checks using gauges, fixtures, and visual standards
- Follow control plans and safety procedures
2- APPRENTICESHIP TO BECOME A JOURNEYMAN PRESS OPERATOR $16/hr
- 4000 hours on-the-job training in Press Operations
- 288 hours of Company-paid schooling
- Wage increases 3 times per year
