What You Will Do
- Operate floor machines (scrubbers, burnishers, polishers) safely and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain floors and common areas include corridors, restrooms, stairways, lobbies, and other assigned spaces.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment per SOPs.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, polish floors, clean restrooms, empty trash, replenish supplies, and polish fixtures.
- Follow all safety standards, company policies, and contract requirements.
- Report maintenance issues or equipment damage to the supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with team members and maintain professional conduct.
- Complete required Didlake training and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience operating floor machines.
- Have a valid driver's license and be insurable under Didlake's automobile policy. Requirements include but are not limited to a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving and being at least 25 years old.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Valid Real ID required for access to the work site.
