The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple client accounts, optimizing paid search campaigns, and delivering measurable results across diverse industries.

What You'll Do:
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns for multiple clients across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms
- Develop customized Paid Search Strategies aligned with each client’s goals, industry and budget
- Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and implement audience targeting strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively adjust bids, budgets and targeting to improve ROI
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients on a regular basis
- Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in digital advertising
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of hands-on Paid Search experience in-house or agency environment
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
- Client facing experience, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Google Ads Certification (preferred)
Your background:
- Experience with eCommerce, B2B, SEO, and paid social platforms
- Proficiency in Excel
- Working knowledge of SEO and how it complements Paid Search
- Experience working with reporting tools/platforms like Looker or Search 360
- Ability to thrive in a deadline driven, collaborative agency environment
- Familiarity with paid social platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Tik Tok Ads)
