Experience & Qualifications Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, Business Transformation, Enterprise Advisory Services, or Organizational Transformation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Consulting Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management within a consulting organization.
- Proven track record developing new consulting engagements and expanding executive-level client relationships through consultative selling.
- Experience working with Fortune 1000 organizations within Automotive, Manufacturing, Mobility, Industrial, Technology, or Government sectors preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise transformation, operating model design, governance, organizational change, and strategic planning methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
Functional Skills Requirements
- Lead executive discovery workshops and stakeholder engagements to understand business objectives, transformation priorities, and organizational challenges.
- Shape consulting engagements across Strategy, Transformation, Operating Model Design, Organizational Effectiveness, Agile Transformation, and Data & AI Strategy.
- Develop transformation roadmaps, governance structures, implementation plans, and value realization approaches.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, transformation leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Manage the full consulting sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through proposal development, contract negotiation, and handoff to delivery teams.
- Create Statements of Work (SOWs), staffing plans, commercial proposals, and implementation approaches.
- Deliver executive presentations and strategic recommendations to client leadership teams.
- Support account growth initiatives and expand existing client relationships into multi-workstream transformation programs.
Business Development & Leadership Requirements
- Drive consulting revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development.
- Maintain and manage a consulting sales pipeline while supporting North American growth objectives.
- Collaborate with global consulting teams to develop repeatable frameworks, offerings, and thought leadership.
- Represent Diconium at executive forums, industry conferences, and client events.
- Serve as a trusted advisor across enterprise transformation initiatives and organizational change programs.
Technical & Consulting Expertise
- Strong background in management consulting methodologies including strategic planning, operating model design, organizational transformation, process optimization, and value realization.
- Experience leading executive-level workshops, stakeholder interviews, and transformation assessments.
- Ability to structure complex business challenges using hypothesis-driven problem-solving approaches.
- Strong commercial acumen including consulting delivery economics, pricing strategies, contract structures, and margin management.
- Experience developing business cases, board-level presentations, and executive decision-making materials.
- Familiarity with Agile Transformation, Digital Transformation, Data Strategy, AI Governance, and Enterprise Change Management frameworks.
- Strong analytical, research, and market assessment capabilities.
Work Arrangement Requirements

- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% to 40% within the United States, with occasional international travel.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed global teams and client stakeholders.
Work Authorization
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Compensation (All-In)
- $130,000 - $160,000 USD Total Compensation
- Includes base salary and performance-based incentive opportunities.
- Placement within the range depends on experience, location, qualifications, and demonstrated consulting and business development capabilities.
