Wound Care Specialist (Nurse)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wound Care Specialist (Nurse) to join our team at Dickson Health and Rehab. As a Wound Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality wound care services to our patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized wound care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide wound care services to patients, including dressing changes, debridement, and other treatments as needed
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' wounds and develop individualized wound care plans
• Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques and provide ongoing support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and wound progress
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with the latest wound care technologies and best practices
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow in your nursing career
• Active TN RN license
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
