Staff Nurse (LPN) - Dickson, Tennessee

As a SLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our team, you will play a vital role in providing direct nursing care to our residents and support the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document residents' conditions and report changes to RN or physician
• Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy (if certified), and daily treatments
• Assist in developing and updating care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and state regulations
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
  
  

Schedule & Shift:

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
• Day, Evening, and Night shifts available
• Weekend and holiday rotation may be required
  
  
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay ($28 - $30 HOURLY) based on experience
