Nurse Aide (CNA) – Long-Term Care

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on patient care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Measure and record vital signs accurately
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Support residents during meals and feeding as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of care
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Tennessee
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Long-term care experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A compassionate, patient-focused mindset
