Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Puyallup, WA is now hiring friendly and dependable Crew Members to join our fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant. You’ll work both front-of-house and back-of-house, helping guests, prepping food, and keeping things running smoothly.
Whether you’re taking orders with a smile or slicing brisket in the kitchen, you’ll be part of a crew that respects each other and takes pride in great food and great service.
Pay
- Base Pay: $17.13/hour
- Tips: Average $4.00 per hour in credit card tips PLUS cash tips
- Free employee meal each shift
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and take orders in a friendly, professional manner
- Assemble meals accurately and quickly
- Maintain clean dining and service areas
- Prep meats, sides, and sauces according to recipes
- Wash dishes and keep the kitchen stocked and sanitized
- Work as part of a supportive, all-hands-on-deck team
