What You’ll Do
As a Pit Crew Member, you’ll be cross-trained and work in various areas of the restaurant, including:
- Preparing and serving delicious BBQ meals with speed and accuracy
- Providing friendly, upbeat customer service at the counter or register
- Working alongside kitchen and pit teams to ensure smooth service
- Keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, and running like a well-oiled smoker
- Jumping in wherever needed to keep things moving during peak hours
