What are the responsibilities and job description for the FOH Team Member position at DICK'S LAST RESORT?
Lookin fer the best Dick's in town! As a greeter we need your friendliness to get our guests in the door! You're responsible for grabbing people's attention. You need to keep track of any yelp waitlist parties, walk in parties, be able to work under pressure during busy times, and be actively involved with servers and management team to make sure all parties, group events, etc are being taken care of in the best and most efficient ways possible.
Servers!!! We need yer sass and silliness. If you can't take a joke yourself this is NOT the job for you. Dick's is all about service with shtick. You are responsible for regular restaurant service including timely greets, verbal menu knowledge, efficiency and speed...all while giving the guest the most anti restaurant experience available. Fun, jokes, hats, lasting memories, are all part of what Dick's is.
