DICE is partnering with a technology and services provider focused on simplifying operations and eliminating manual work. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist. This role blends a strong background in CMS, web design, blogging, and copywriting to help lead the transformation of data operations. The role will shape how to communicate to various niche audiences through compelling storytelling and content. You will craft and execute product marketing strategies that help deliver product positioning. You will focus on building content and marketing campaigns. This is initially a 6-month contract that will potentially go long term or convert and while it is remote, the business hours will be PST.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop targeted marketing strategies for internal audiences to support data transformation.
- Use research and employee insights to inform messaging, positioning, and engagement plans.
- Own product messaging and content creation; manage internal platforms (blogs, websites, newsletters, SharePoint).
- Translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align messaging.
- Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
- Use data analytics to measure and optimize marketing performance.
- Conduct market research.
- Support product launches and GTM strategies with focus on driving customer adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years of experience with strong storytelling skills and ability to influence behavior through targeted messaging.
- Experience driving adoption of new tools, processes, or cultural shifts.
- Hands-on experience managing digital content platforms.
- Familiarity with data governance, data management, or IT infrastructure.
- Experience in SaaS product marketing or product management.
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- FinTech or Financial Services industry experience
Salary : $60 - $75
