Our continued growth and reputation have been built on hard work, dependable service, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.Position OverviewDiCarlo Distributors is seeking an experienced Warehouse PM Supervisor to join our warehouse operations team.Under the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse PM Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations while supervising a team of about 30 employees. This position plays an important role in ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse operation.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage employees effectively, prioritize workload, address day-to-day operational challenges, and keep the team focused and accountable.Warehouse PM Supervisors Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and direct warehouse employees to ensure daily operational tasks are completed accurately and efficientlyManage shift operations within a 24/7 warehouse environmentForecast staffing needs based on daily workload and operational requirementsMonitor departmental productivity and ensure company performance standards are metEnsure HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and company safety guidelines are consistently followedMonitor employee attendance, performance, and adherence to company policiesAddress employee performance concerns and administer disciplinary action when necessaryReview and approve employee time off requests based on staffing and operational needsApprove overtime as necessary based on workload and business demandsMeet with the Warehouse Manager to review departmental productivity, staffing, and operational concernsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to improve warehouse efficiencyMotivate employees, provide direction, and promote accountability throughout the departmentWarehouse PM Supervisor Qualifications3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environmentFood distribution or foodservice industry experience strongly preferredStrong computer skillsStrong leadership, communication, motivational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to make sound decisions and use good judgment in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational needsBenefitsMedical and dental insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Life insurance401(k)Paid holidaysPaid sick and personal daysPaid vacationEqual Employment OpportunityDiCarlo Distributors, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
