About the Role
As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems while delivering a high-level customer experience. You’ll work independently in the field with strong operational support, modern tools, and leadership that respects skilled technicians.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Service furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and related equipment
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about repairs and recommendations
- Use ServiceTitan and iPads for job tracking and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and strong customer service
- Work closely with management and dispatch to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Experience servicing gas furnaces, AC systems, and heat pumps
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
- Strong communication and professionalism with customers
- Self-motivated technician who takes pride in quality work
