- Systems and Software: Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) and Oracle; Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Advanced Planning System (JDA/BY) and Supply Chains Systems;
- Planning and Forecasting: Master Scheduling and Production Planning;
- Process Improvement and Quality: Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Management – Process Improvement projects, inventory optimization, standard work and visual management, daily management and Kaizen to revamp inefficient planning cycles;
- Problem Solving and Process Analysis: DBS Problem Solving Practices and Value Stream Mapping (VSM);
- NPI Project/Program Management;
- Analytical Skills: Data Analytics and Master Data Management;
- Medical Device Industry Practices: Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge;
- Product Lifecycle and Configuration Management;
- Demand Forecasting and Product Launch Planning;
- Quality and Risk Management Skills;
