Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Tulsa, OK. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation on matters related to Family Law. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, performing case analysis, and negotiating on behalf of clients. The role also involves collaborating with clients and peers to develop strategic solutions to complex legal problems. Additional duties may include supporting litigation efforts and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and a solid understanding of Family Law
- Experience providing Legal Advice and performing legal Research
- Strong Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active member of the Oklahoma State Bar
- Previous experience in family law is an asset
