The Front office role is a customer-facing position that involves a variety of tasks, including administrative, clerical duties, and customer service. Front office employees often interact with clients, customers, and employees, and are responsible for creating a positive office atmosphere and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone who visits. We are looking for a RHINO that will provide a luxurious experience from the very first interaction with our customers. After all, our customer experience is what sets us apart from our competitors
Here are some common front office job duties that you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Keeping the office clean and organized, and performing inventory of office supplies
- Providing people with information and directing visitors
- Accurately type appraisals and other necessary documentation as required.
- Oversee the check-in process, ensuring all visitors are accounted for and receive the necessary assistance during their stay.
- Act as the eyes on the floor, monitoring the environment and guest experiences, and reporting any issues or needs to management promptly.
