This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewelry Sales Professional located in Lewis Center, OH. The Jewelry Sales Professional will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized consultations, providing expert advice on diamond and fine jewelry selections, and building lasting relationships with customers. Additional responsibilities include learning and maintaining product knowledge, driving sales, meeting performance goals, and upholding the company's commitment to excellence in all aspects of service.
- Strong knowledge of diamonds, gems, and fine jewelry products
- Proven expertise in Retail Sales and achieving sales goals
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and create lasting customer relationships
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients find meaningful purchases
- Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Prior experience in jewelry retail is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in gemology is a bonus
