Position Qualifications/Requirements
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain management
- At least 1 year of experience as an inventory associate or relevant role
- Must be able to sit, stand, climb stairs, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent foresight and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Forklift certified
- Precisely record each incoming and outgoing shipment
- Issue components to production floor as needed
- Laser components as needed
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and make sure that each shipment reaches its proper destination within the warehouse
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with Purchaser to rectify damages and shortages
- Sub-assemble production items as needed, dictated by inventory manager or lead
- Maintain inventory of web store shipping materials and supplies
- Pick and pack web store orders as necessary
- Participate in monthly cycle counts, semi-annual inventory, and other counting duties as needed
- Participate in stockroom maintenance, organization, and housekeeping
- Assist in shipping as needed, folding boxes and cleaning guns
- Additional duties as assigned by the Inventory Manager or Lead
- 1st shift position
- Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
