Diamond Tours, Inc. a National Group Tour and Travel Operator, is HIRING! We design and execute Group Travel packages for Senior Citizens, Church Groups and Travel Agents. Since 1987, millions of Group Travelers have experienced a Diamond Tour.
We are seeking an Controller to join our growing team!
CPA or CMA is required.

Duties/Responsibilities of the Controller:
- Assist with essential accounting functions including preparation and review of monthly financial statements, fixed assets and General and Administrative expenses.
- Assist with payroll; oversee cash receipts; accounts payable and 1099’s
- Oversee maintenance and quality of company accounting files
- Analyze financial reports and records
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls
Requirements for the Controller:
- Supervisory experience required, able to manage a team effectively
- Good multitasking skills
- Strong sense of professionalism and integrity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while effectively prioritizing competing demands
- Exceptional attention-to-detail and follow-up skills
- Ability to analyze problems and determine an effective solution with quick turnaround
- Leadership/interpersonal skills are a must. Should have above-average interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships within our organization.
- Quality-focused and able to provide accurate work while meeting required deadlines
- Must have excellent critical-thinking skills
- Great time management skills are a must!
- Excel and QuickBooks proficience
- Proficiency in Spreadsheets and Databases
- 5 Consecutive Years of progressive work experience in Accounting or Finance
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CMA required
All work is done in our Fort Myers, Florida office. Office hours are 9AM-6PM, Monday through Friday; additional hours may be required in the evenings and on weekends to meet deadlines. This is not a remote position.
Salary : $95,000
