Lounge & Bar Staff – Multiple Positions Available
Now Hiring – New Lounge & Bar
We are opening a new lounge and bar and are looking for energetic, friendly, dependable people to join our team!
Set to open in oct/nov 2026
All Locals and/or SUNY Plattsburgh students are welcomed to apply.
First come First serve for the hiring process.
No previous experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidates.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a social, fast-paced environment and providing great customer service.
Positions Available
- 4 Bartenders
- 2 Bottle Girls
- 2 Front Door / Hostesses
- 2 VIP Hostesses
- 2 Lounge Managers
Bartenders
Bartenders will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, interacting with customers, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, checking identification when required, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages.
- Take customer orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Follow all applicable alcohol-service and safety policies.
- Handle cash or point-of-sale transactions when required.
Bartending experience is a plus, but training is available for qualified candidates.
Bottle Girls
Bottle service staff will help provide an energetic and welcoming experience for VIP and bottle-service customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bottle-service presentations.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help maintain VIP areas.
- Assist with customer requests.
- Promote a fun and positive atmosphere.
- Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and management.
Previous experience is helpful but not required.
Front Door / Hostess
Front-door hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests as they arrive and assisting with admission.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests entering the lounge.
- Collect entrance fees when applicable.
- Distribute wristbands or other admission identifiers.
- Assist with guest check-in.
- Answer basic questions about the lounge.
- Help maintain an organized entrance area.
- Follow age-verification and identification procedures as required.
VIP Hostesses
VIP hostess will focus on providing excellent service to VIP guests and helping create a welcoming upscale experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome VIP guests.
- Assist guests with seating and VIP areas.
- Communicate with bottle-service and bar staff.
- Help accommodate guest requests.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with VIP reservations and guest coordination.
Previous hospitality or customer-service experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidates.
Lounge Managers
The Lounge Managers will help oversee day-to-day operations and staff while ensuring the lounge provides a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise lounge staff.
- Help coordinate bartenders, hosts, VIP staff, and bottle-service staff.
- Assist with scheduling and staff assignments.
- Monitor customer service and overall operations.
- Help resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Help maintain a professional, safe, and welcoming environment.
Management or hospitality experience is preferred. No experience needed we are looking to train for the manager position!
