The primary responsibilities of a Kitchen/Assistant Manager are to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and supervise the kitchen staff. This includes coordinating food orders, ensuring food preparation and storage comply with health and safety regulations, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.
Key duties include:
