Duties
- Collections and accounts payable.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Filing and document organization
- Data Entry and General Office Support
- Conduct reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assisting with inventory and warehouse office operations
Requirements
- Experience in QuickBooks is required.
- Strong computer and office software skills
- Experience in inventory, construction, industrial or warehouse office environments is a plus
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation is required
- Dependable attendance and professionalism are a must
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and records.
