What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Toddler Teacher position at Diamond's Little Gems Daycare?
Diamond's Little Gems Daycare is searching for a Toddler Teacher for our program. We are looking for a responsible, reliable and creative applicant who is caring, and loving and strong leadership qualities.
Responsibilites include:
- Implementing and creating lesson plans
- Maintaining a clean and safe enviroment
- Daily communication with parents and Administrators
- Collaborating with their team members
- Classroom management using appropriate behavior techniques and support
- Encouraging independence and promating self-esteem
Qualification Requirements:
- Valid CDA or Associates/ Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or related field and
- At least one year of Childcare experience
- 9 Early Childhood credits with a plan of Study in Early Childhood
- CPR and First Aid Certification (a plus but not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
